Typical Settlement Amount:

Ordinary Expense Reimbursement, up to $2,500 for documented out-of-pocket costs or expenditures actually incurred and fairly traceable to the data breach, including costs associated with fraud or identity theft. Includes costs for credit monitoring and other mitigative services, and time spent up to three hours at $25/hour on dealing with the data breach. If the total amount of all such claims is more than $500,000, reimbursement will be reduced on a pro-rata basis and no claims will be paid for attested time.
