Typical Settlement Amount:

Pro-rata share of the net settlement fund, based on your individual usage, intended to be 4.5% of the aggregate variable electricity supply service charges (before tax) that you incurred, which were recorded by PALMco between August 1, 2014 and July 24, 2020, or $0.00784 per kilowatt hour. Benefits for class members will vary based on their usage of electricity during this time under a variable rate plan.
