Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you paid fees to use PACER between April 21, 2010 and May 31, 2018, regardless of when you use PACER. You are not eligible if you are a federal agency or class counsel.

Typical Settlement Amount:

The distribution to users will be made from the net settlement amount. Class members who paid a total of $350 or less will receive the amount of their payments to PACER. Class members who paid more than $350 will be paid $350 plus a pro-rata share of the remaining amount after all the minimum ($350 or less) payments have been deducted from the net settlement amount.

If funds still remain, a second distribution will be made to those who paid more than $350 to PACER during the class period, and who have cashed their first distribution check, except that no class member will receive more than the amount they paid to PACER. Payments will be sent by check.
