Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are an individual, a business, or a nonprofit who submitted an application for funding to this fund or to The Contingent before December 9, 2020 and you did not indicate on your application that you identify as black, are a black-owned business, or are a black-focused organization.
Typical Settlement Amount:Class members’ applications will be reviewed in the order in which they were originally received. If the information you gave in your application would have enabled you to receive money from the Fund on a race-neutral basis, then you will be sent a payment of the full amount you would have been entitled to receive. Note that in some cases, the amount may be $0. Fill out the ACH payment request form, or the Settlement Administrator will issue your check to the last address on file for you.
