Typical Settlement Amount:Tier 1 (without proof of purchase or with proof of purchase of less than $90): One $5 Settlement Purchase Certificate voucher. Tier 2 (with proof of purchase for $90 or more): Two $5 Settlement Purchase Certificate vouchers (worth $10). Vouchers are good for one year for purchases in an Old Navy Factory store. No more than two vouchers can be used on a single transaction.
