You may be eligible if you were an employee at Olam West Coast’s California locations in Fresno, Firebaugh, Hanford, Lemoore, Gilroy, or Williams, in a non-exempt or hourly non-exempt position, between July 7, 2011 and September 22, 2021.Typical Settlement Amount:
Share of the net settlement fund, 75% of which will be allocated to the class settlement and 25% of which will be allocated to the class settlement. Your share will be based on the number of weeks you worked during the class period above as compared with the total number of weeks worked by all collective and class members.
Each payment will be considered to be 34% wages, which will be reported on an IRS Form W-2 and 66% as penalties, interest, consideration, and non-wage damages.
