You may be eligible if you are a current or former Ocwen, GMAC, or Homeward Residential customer who (a) was enrolled in a CCHS warranty or service plan, between August 6, 2009 and December 31, 2013, after you deposited a small-dollar check sent as a solicitation, (b) made one or more payments for the plan, (c) never made a claim under the plan, and (d) did not receive a full refund of all the premiums you paid for the plan.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Up to 77% of total premiums paid. The amount depends on how high your premium was and for how long you paid that premium.
