Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you were admitted to the Ocean County Correctional Facility between November 28, 2005 and December 28, 2007, after being arrested for a non-indictable matter (for example, disorderly persons offense, traffic infractions, or civil matters) and were strip searched in the absence of reasonable suspicion. 

You are not eligible if the offense you were arrested for was an indictable offense, that is, a crime subject to punishment of more than six months where there is a right to indictment. Note that violations of parole or probation for indictable matters are also indictable matters.
