Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a person who bought a new or reconditioned 600-watt or 900-watt Nutribullet blender, for non-commercial use and not for resale, between June 1, 2017 and March 15, 2022, in the US or its territories.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Cash refund or discount code. If you own a qualifying 600-watt blender: cash refund of $5 or discount code for $10 off a purchase of a new 600-watt blender. If you own a qualifying 900-watt blender: $7 cash refund or $15 off the purchase of a new 900-watt blender. Only one claim permitted per household. Note that claims are capped at $10 million, so final amounts will depend on the number of valid claims submitted.
