Eligibility:

This settlement includes everyone who purchased or leased a 2013-2014 Nissan Pathfinder or a 2013-2014 Infiniti JX35/QX60 equipped with the FK-*k2 CVT in the United States or its territories.

NOTE: No claim forms are required to be submitted for participation in this settlement.  Those who wish to take part in the Vehicle Purchase Program should contact their local Nissan/Infiniti dealership.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Class members will receive a warrantee extension or will be able to participate in the Vehicle Purchase Program.
