Proof of Purchase:

Nothing is required for a 24-month/24,000 mile warranty extension for current owners/leases. A name and a government-ID must be presented to a Nissan/Infiniti dealership for former owners/leases who wish to participate in the Vehicle Purchase Program.


This settlement includes everyone who purchased or leased a 2013-2014 Nissan Pathfinder or a 2013-2014 Infiniti JX35/QX60 equipped with the FK-*k2 CVT in the United States or its territories.

NOTE: No claim forms are required to be submitted for participation in this settlement.  Those who wish to take part in the Vehicle Purchase Program should contact their local Nissan/Infiniti dealership.

Typical Settlement Amount:
