Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a person in the US or its territories Puerto Rico or Guam who bought any white-painted Nissan Rogue made between January 11, 2013 and April 23, 2013 or a white-painted QX56s made between November 20, 2009 and December 12, 2012.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Extended warranty for repainting, with choice of benefits: (1) Partial payment of one repaint of your vehicle. (2) Partial reimbursement for repaint already done.

More details on extended warranty benefits: The warranty is extended for four years for paint-peeling issues. During the first two years, NNA will cover 90% of the cost of repainting. (You pay 10%.) During the final two years, NNA will cover 70% of the cost of repainting. (You pay 30%.) If you must rent a car during the process, NNA will cover $400 of rental costs for Nissan Rogue repaints and $600 for Infiniti repaints.
