If you are applying for reimbursement of a previous repair, you must provide proof that you owned or leased a class vehicle and proof of the repair, repair cost, and payment.

Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you (1) currently own or lease a class vehicle, or (2) owned or leased a class vehicle and paid for repairs for rust in a front floor pan of the vehicle. The class vehicles are the following:
- 2002-2006 Nissan Altima
- 2004-2008 Nissan Maxima

Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits: (1) For current vehicle owners: You may have your vehicle inspected at an authorized Nissan dealership in Missouri to see whether the front floor pans are corroding. If they are, Nissan will repair the affected floor pan. During the repair, Nissan will provide you with a rental vehicle if you wish, for up to five days. (2) For those who previously paid for repairs to rusted front floor pans: If the repairs were done at an authorized Nissan dealership, Nissan will reimburse you for 100% of your out-of-pocket repair cost. If the repairs were done elsewhere, Nissan will reimburse you for 100% of your out-of-pockets repair cost up to $5,000.
