Typical Settlement Amount:Pro rata share of the net settlement fund for each Claim Credit. If you submit a valid claim form without proof, you will be assigned one Claim Credit. If you have proof, you may be assigned one Claim Credit for each text message you received. The value of claim credits is estimated at more than $100 each, but the final value could be more or less, depending on the number of Claim Credits in the valid claims received.
