Eligibility:

You may be eligible if, between September 15, 2015 and March 23, 2020, you were not a member of Navy Federal and you received one or more text messages from Navy Federal (other than text messages concerning fraud).

Typical Settlement Amount:

Pro rata share of the net settlement fund for each Claim Credit. If you submit a valid claim form without proof, you will be assigned one Claim Credit. If you have proof, you may be assigned one Claim Credit for each text message you received. The value of claim credits is estimated at more than $100 each, but the final value could be more or less, depending on the number of Claim Credits in the valid claims received.
