- The FLSA Collective Class is all current and former employees of naviHealth who performed Care Management Work between April 12, 2016 and December 12, 2019.
- The Rule 23 Class is all current and former employees of naviHealth in Pennsylvania who performed Care Management Work between April 12, 2016 and December 12, 2019.
Varies. Awards consist of pro-rated back pay calculated at 1.5 times the employee’s regular rate of pay, based on company payroll records, the employee’s biweekly salary, the number of weeks worked between April 12, 2016 and December 12, 2019, and the average amount of overtime worked each week. LPNs will receive two times their pro-rated amounts before distribution to non-LPNs takes place. See the Notices for more information.
