The complaint alleged that Nationwide’s agents made calls to consumers without their permission and also to persons on Nationwide’s internal Do Not Call List, in violation of the TCPA.

Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are in one of the classes below. The class period is September 27, 2012 and October 15, 2018.
- MediaAlpha Class: All persons in the US who received a call advertising Nationwide’s homeowners or auto insurance products, whose call or lead info was transferred by MediaAlpha to Nationwide during the class period.
- Variable Class: All persons in the US who received a call from Variable whose call or lead info was transgerred to Nationwide during the class period.
- Nationwide IDNC Class: All persons in the US who received more than one telephone solicitation within any twelve-month period on a phone number that had been registered on Nationwide’s Internal Do Not Call List for more than thirty-one days, to advertise Nationwide’s homeowners or auto insurance products.
Variable Class: Estimated at $60 per person. MediaAlpha: Estimated at $30 per person. Nationwide IDNC Class: Estimated at $75 per person. Final amounts depend on the number of valid claims received. Only one award per person regardless of the number of calls received.
