You may be a settlement class member if you are a person who is not a student at MIT and who, at any time between February 11, 2012 and March 27, 2020, have claimed, or could have claimed to assert a right under Title III of the ADA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act or other statutes or regulations on standards or obligations equivalent to Title III or its rules or regulations, claiming they are deaf or hard of hearing and that MIT has not made accessible to deaf or hard of hearing persons public content made, hosted, linked to or embedded on its website. (Note that there are no individual settlement benefits.)
