You may be eligible if you are a Missouri individual or business resident who purchased milk and cream products produced or supplied by Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. or Hiland Dairy, from a retailer, grocer, discount club, convenience store or a similar outlet in Missouri between January 1, 2004 and the present, for personal, family, or household use (not for resale). 

Typical Settlement Amount:

$10. If claims exceed the amount set aside, they may be reduced; if claims are less than the amount set aside, they may be increased, up to $40.
