Case Summary:

The lawsuit alleges that Michael Kors deceptively and misleadingly labeled and marketed merchandise that it sells at its Michael Kors outlet stores.  The lawsuit alleges that Items in the outlet stores were labeled with a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) tag leading consumers to believe the items were also being sold at the Michael Kors retail stores at a higher price. In reality, according to the lawsuit,  these items were manufactured specifically for the outlet stores and not to be sold in the retail stores.
