Typical Settlement Amount:Portion of the net settlement value, to be distributed according to a Plan of Allocation. Two-thirds of the amount paid to each class member will be considered ordinary income, interest and penalties, payable on a Form 1099; one-third will be considered wages, payable on a Form W-2.
