You may be eligible if you are an individual who was employed by Merrill Lynch as a Client Associate, or the functional equivalent, such as a Registered Client Associate, Registered Senior Client Associate, Investment Associate, Private Wealth Associate, Sales Associate, Account Associate, Brokerage Associate, or any other non-exempt administrative support position, who was employed by Merrill Lynch in California at any time between August 26, 2016 and May 12, 2022.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Portion of the net settlement value, to be distributed according to a Plan of Allocation. Two-thirds of the amount paid to each class member will be considered ordinary income, interest and penalties, payable on a Form 1099; one-third will be considered wages, payable on a Form W-2.
