You may be eligible if you are a current or former owner or lessee of one of the following vehicles:

o 2008-2019 C-Class
o 2010-2015 GLK-Class
o 2012-2017 CLS-Class
o 2010-2019 E-Class
o 2015-2019 GLA-Class
o 2013-2016 GL-Class
o 2016-2019 GLE-Class
o 2017-2019 GLS-Class
o 2012-2015 M-Class
o 2016-2019 GLC-Class

Note that the claim deadline for repairs performed before May 11, 2020 is July 25, 2020, and the claim deadline for repairs performed between May 11, 2020 and December 7, 2020 is within 75 days of the date of the repair.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Two benefits: (1) Full or partial reimbursement of past repairs. (Claim deadline July 25, 2020) (2) Future repairs, for those who are current owners or lessees. (Claim deadline within 75 days of date of repair) Percentage of coverage or reimbursement ranges from 50% to 100% and is based on the age and mileage of the vehicle at the time of the repair.
