Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a resident of the US or its territories who bought, for personal use and not for resale or distribution, a product that is on the list of Covered Products in this case, between January 15, 2011 and September 15, 2018. Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits: $25 per bottle, up to four bottles ($100). If there is not enough money in the settlement fund to pay all claims, those with proof of purchase will receive the full amount and those without will receive a reduced amount.
