The deadline to submit a claim is ninety days after final approval of the settlement. (If the settlement is approved on the final approval hearing date, and there are no appeals, the claim deadline will be April 11, 2022.)
Typical Settlement Amount:Without proof of purchase: $1 per product, up to a maximum of 15 products. With proof of purchase: $1 per product, with no maximum. Final amount may be higher or lower, depending on the number of valid claims received.
