Typical Settlement Amount:

Up to 80 cents per unit purchased. Tier 1, with no proof of purchase: Up to a maximum of six units per household or $4.80 maximum. Tier 2, with proof of purchase for each unit claimed: Up to a maximum of $25.

Only one claim, in either Tier 1 or Tier 2, can be submitted per household. Final amounts may be less, depending on the total number of products claimed.
