Case Summary:Martin Operating Partnership, LP, which does business as Martin Lubricants, is settling a Missouri class action concerning its Martin 303 or Orscheln Premium 303 Tractor Hydraulic & Transmission Fluid. The complaint alleges that the lubricants do not meet specifications for the product and that it may even damage equipment. Claims may be made for (a) purchases, and (b) losses because of damage to equipment.
The losses may include repairs, parts, and equipment purchases to remedy damage to seals, pumps, filters, gears, clutch and brake systems, power take-off (PTO) and losses incurred as a result of equipment being damages beyond reasonable repair as a result of damage and increased or excessive wear.

Eligibility:You may be eligible if
- You bought Martin 303 Martin 303 Tractor Hydraulic & Transmission Fluid in Missouri between April 5, 2014 and the present; or
- You bought Orscheln Premium 303 Tractor Hydraulic & Transmission Fluid in Missouri from Orscheln Farm and Home, LLC retail locations between May 25, 2013 throgh and September 2, 2014; or
- You bought either of the above during the class period and suffered losses due to damage to the equipment in which it was used.
Losses may not include incidental losses, such as downtime while equipment was being repaired or replaced.
Purchases: $5.25 per five-gallon bucket purchased. Repairs: to be determined upon review.
