Typical Settlement Amount:

If you paid the late fee, Markstein will refund the full amount of your payment over 1%. If you were charge the late fee but did not pay it, Markstein will write off the portion of the amount that exceeds 1% per month. Markstein will also revise its contracts so that they no longer contain provisions for late fees that exceed 1% per month.
