Benefits: (1) Reimbursement for ordinary, out-of-pocket expenses: Up to $225 per class member for dealing with the data breach, including up to two hours of lost time at $15/hour. If the total amount of these claims exceeds $430,000, payments will be reduced on a pro-rata basis. (2) Reimbursement of extraordinary expenses: Up to $2,500 per class member for expenses for dealing with identity theft or fraud related to the data incident, and for an additional three hours of time at $15/hour. If the total amount of these claims exceeds $1,000,000, payments will be reduced on a pro-rata basis.
