Proof of Purchase:You must provide proof of the ownership of a subject watch. See the claim form for proof required, such as an official Lumondi Warranty Card, a receipt from a Lumondi authorized dealer, and a photo of the the watch showing at least one qualifying fogging issue. You will also have to provide the watch for inspection by Lumondi authorized repair center technicians.
Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are a consumer in the US who bought or received as a gift one or more Luminox watches in series 3000/3900, 3050/3950, 3120, 3150, 3160, 3180, 3190, 3250, 3500, 3510, 3580, 3590, 3600, 3610, 3800, 3810, 7050, 7060, 7200, or 7250 that included an original Lumondi warranty card at the time of the purchase, between June 1, 2018 and November 30, 2021.
Note that the deadline for making a claim is July 27, 2023 or twelve months after the end of the watch’s original warranty, whichever is later.
Typical Settlement Amount:Benefits: (1) Extended Warranty: A twelve-month limited warranty extension for watches covered by the settlement, limited to covering only issues of fogging inside the watch crystal, after the watch has been exposed to a temperature decrease below around 40 degrees Fahrenheit or exposed to temperatures above 90 degrees Fahrenheit, which persists for more than twenty minutes after the watch has been returned to room temperature. If your watch is no longer covered by its original warranty, your extended warranty will begin on the Effective Date of the settlement and end one year later. (2) Replacement watch benefit: If you make two qualifying warranty claims under your Extended Warranty, if the warranty service is unsuccessful, you will be entitled to receive a new replacement Luminox Watch, of the same model and color as the original watch. If the same model and color watch is not available, Lumondi will provide you with a substantially comparable watch.
