Typical Settlement Amount:

You will receive at least the amount stated in the claim form you should have received by mail, and possibly more if not all eligible class members submit claims. Amount will be considered 50% wages, subject to payroll deductions, and 50% non-wage income. The two equal amounts will be reported to the IRS on forms W-2 and 1099 respectively.
