Third-Party Payor (TPP): You bought, paid, or provided reimbursement for some of all of the purchase price for Loestrin 24 Fe, Minastrin 24 Fe, or generic versions of these drugs, for consumption by your members, employees, insured, participants, or beneficiaries, and not for resale, in the US and its territories, including Puerto Rico.Typical Settlement Amount:
Varies. Warner Chilcott Settlement: No payments to consumers. TPP that submit valid claims will receive payments based on various factors, including the number of valid claims filed by all TPP class members and the dollar value of each claimant’s purchase. Lupin Settlement: Because of the costs of the litigation and settlement, there will likely not be sufficient funds to compensate consumer class members. TPPs must submit valid claim forms.
