You may be eligible for one or more of the following classes:

  • Customer Class: All individuals in the US who bought jewelry from Act II between June 23, 2011 and December 1, 2014. This class has three tiers, depending on the amount of jewelry purchased, and awards will depend on the tier as well as the number of valid claims submitted.
  • Sales Advisor Class: All individuals in the US who sold at least $250 of jewelry for Act II between January 1, 2014 and August 17, 2014. Awards amounts will be a percentage of your 2014 sales, as shown in the company’s records, depending on the number of valid claims submitted.
  • New Sales Advisor Class: All individuals in the US who bought initial starter kits from Act II between August 1, 2014 and December 1, 2014. Awards are up to the full reimbursement of the amount paid for initial starter kits, depending on the number of valid claims received.

Class members may receive only one award each.
