If you are requesting a reimbursement for debris-removal cleanings, you must provide documentation and a proof of expense for each eligible reimbursement, dated prior to June 24, 2022. If you are requesting a reimbursement for removal of the LeafFilter gutter system, you must provide proof of expense.

Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a LeafFilter customer in the US in LeafFilter’s customer care database with a Debris-Related Final Issue Code for their service request between January 1, 2016 and June 24, 2022.

Typical Settlement Amount:

You may choose one of the following benefits:
(1) Reimbursement for up to two debris-removal cleanings of your LeafFilter gutter system, for up to $100 each, maximum $200.
(2) Reimbursement for one debris-removal cleaning of your LeafFilter gutter system, for up to $100, plus vouchers for up to two future debris-removal cleanings, to be performed by LeafFilter or its agents, within thirty days of the request.
(3) Vouchers for three future debris-removal cleanings of your LeafFilter gutter system, to be performed by LeafFilter or its agents, within thirty days of the request.
(4) Reimbursement of up to $200 for costs related to removal of the LeafFilter gutter system from your home due to problems with debris accumulation.
