You may be eligible if you are a current or former owner or lessee of a 2012-2014 Land Rover LR4 or Range Rover Sport vehicle, you were the registered owner or lessee on or before August 6, 2021, and your registration was in one of the fifty US states or the District of Columbia.
You are NOT included if you are (1) an owner or lessee who first bought or leased one of the class vehicles nine or more years after it was registered for the first time; (2) an owner or lessee of a class vehicle on which a timing chain or tensioner was first replaced when the vehicle had been in service for more than eight years or driven for more than 100,000 miles; (3) any judge assigned to this case; (4) persons who settled with JLRNA or another party before the date of preliminary approval in this case; (5) a financial institution; or (6) JLRNA.Typical Settlement Amount:
Two benefits: (1) Reimbursement benefits for repairs. (2) Extended warranty benefits, if your class vehicle current needs qualifying repairs or needs them in the future. If the repairs are needed before the final approval of the settlement, you should not wait for final approval of the settlement but take the vehicle to an authorized Land Rover retailer and request repairs or replacements according to the extended warranty coverage described in the Notice.
