This settlement resolves a class action against certain L Brands entities (L Brands, Inc., L Brands Service Company, LLC, and the Retirement Plan Committee of the L Brands, Inc. 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan) alleging they breached their fiduciary duties to the 401(k) plan under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Benefits will be paid to participants, former participants, beneficiaries, and alternate payees according to a Plan of Allocation. If you are a current participant, beneficiary, or alternate payee of a participant with an active account with a balance greater than $0, you do not need to do anything to receive your share. Your share will be deposited in your account. If you are a former participant or a beneficiary or alternate payee of a former participant and you no longer have an active account, or no longer had one as of September 20, 2022, you must submit a Former Participant Claim Form.
