Benefits will be paid to participants, former participants, beneficiaries, and alternate payees according to a Plan of Allocation. If you are a current participant, beneficiary, or alternate payee of a participant with an active account with a balance greater than $0, you do not need to do anything to receive your share. Your share will be deposited in your account. If you are a former participant or a beneficiary or alternate payee of a former participant and you no longer have an active account, or no longer had one as of September 20, 2022, you must submit a Former Participant Claim Form.
