Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits:
(1) Identity theft protection: Two years of Financial Shield by Aura (Pango) identity protection and credit monitoring services.
(2) Reimbursement of ordinary expenses and lost time: Up to $450 for ordinary expenses incurred in dealing with the data breach, including up to three hours of lost time at $20/hour.
(3) Reimbursement of extraordinary losses: Up to $3,000 for documented and unreimbursed losses that (a) are fairly traceable to the data breach, (b) occurred between June 4, 2021 an January 20, 2023, and (c) are not already covered and which the class member has already made reasonable efforts to mitigate.
If the total cash amounts claimed are more than $350,000 in total, payments will be reduced pro rata.
