You may be eligible if you are an individual or other entity in the US or its territories who bought, from entities other than Keurig, and not for resale, Keurig K-Cup Portion Packs, between September 7, 2010 and August 14, 2020, except for Mississippi claims, for which the period begins on March 24, 2011, or for Rhode Island, for which the period begins on July 15, 2013.

Benefits will depend on (1) whether you can provide proof of your purchase(s) or proof of your purchase of a Keurig brewer. They will also depend on (2) whether you live in a “repealer state,” a “non-repealer state,” or Florida or Illinois.
