Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you made an in-store, telephone, or Internet purchase of items from a Justice store in the US, between January 1, 2012 and February 28, 2015.

Ohio residents who purchased items from Justice stores in Ohio only between July 1, 2012 and August 31, 2014 are not included in this settlement because they were eligible to participate in an earlier settlement in the case Perez v. Tween Brands, Inc., No. 14-CV-001119. However, Ohio residents who were part of that settlement but who also made purchases at Justice between January 1, 2012 and June 30, 2012, and/or between September 1, 2014 and February 28, 2015 are part of this Settlement Class and may submit a claim.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Option One, available to all class members: cash award or Justice store voucher. Option Two, available to those with proof of purchase, for those who made five or more purchases or a purchase of at least $105 may receive either a check for 14% of purchase amounts or a voucher for 20% of the purchase amounts.
