Typical Settlement Amount:

Class members will receive a portion of the net settlement fund, based on the length of time they were customers of Johnson Utilities. Payments are estimated to be around $1.28 per month as a Johnson customer, or roughly $169 for those who were customers for the whole class period. For those who are current EPCOR customers, the payment will be made in the form of a credit for their future water and wastewater bills. For those who no longer live in the service area, the payment will be distributed in the form of a check.
