This settlement includes all persons in the United States who, when making a transaction at a Jimmy Choo store using a credit or debit card, received a printed receipt which displayed the expiration date of the card between October 27, 2013, and November 2, 2015.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Settlement shares will be divided evenly on a pro rata basis depending upon the number of valid claims submitted. It is estimated that the settlement share values will be $75 to $175.
