Eligibility:You may be eligible if you attended ITT Technical Institute at any time between January 1, 2006 and September 16, 2016, or Daniel Webster College at any time between January 1, 2009 and September 16, 2016.
Typical Settlement Amount:The Department of Education has discharged around $442 million in ITT-related student loans. At least two additional distributions of money will be made. Class members will receive shares based on the number of credits they earned and the number of credits they tried to earn but were not able to complete. In the first of the two distributions, class members are expected to receive between $10 and $100. Amounts of less than $10 will not be distributed.
