This settlement encompasses both a collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act and a class action for violations of state laws of Arizona, California, Colorado, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, and South Carolina. The complaint alleged that iQor Holdings US, Inc. used a timekeeping system called TimeQey which resulted in contact center agents not being paid for all hours worked.

Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a current or former iQor contact center agent who used TimeQey for timekeeping at work, at any time from October 19, 2012 to December 31, 2014. Eligibility dates differ for claims under state law in different states: 

  • Arizona: April 3, 2014 to December 31, 2014. 
  • California: February 21, 2013 to December 31, 2014. 
  • Colorado: April 3, 2012 to December 31, 2014 
  • Minnesota: January 21, 2012 to December 31, 2014. 
  • New York: April 3, 2009 to December 31, 2014. 
  • North Carolina: April 3, 2013 to December 31, 2014. 
  • Ohio: April 3, 2007 to December 31, 2014. 
  • South Carolina: April 3, 2012 to December 31, 2014
