Eligibility:The class for this action is all persons in the US who
- Received two or more calls on their residential telephone number
- That lasted for more than zero seconds
- Initiated by or on behalf of a real estate salespersons at a time when Intero or Intero Referral Services was the person’s responsible broker (as shown in the records of the California Department of Real Estate)
- Where the calls promoted the purchase of Intero’s goods or services and
- Were placed through the dialing platform provided by Mojo Dialing Solutions, Inc., where the call records appear in one of thirty-five account files identified in Appendix A to the Court’s order of class certification,
- That were made within a twelve-month period,
- Where the phone number was on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least thirty-one days before the calls were made,
- At any time since September 13, 2014.
Note: Only calls made by certain Intero agents using the Mojo dialing service are included in this case. If the calls you received were from other Intero agents or agents who did not use Mojo to call you, they are not part of this case.
Payment of $350 per class member.
