- Reimbursement for extraordinary expenses: Up to $5,000 for losses that were more than likely a result of the data incident, provided (1) it is an actual, documented, unreimbursed monetary loss, (2) it was caused by the data incident, (3) it occurred between September 1, 2020 and February 23, 2023, (4) it is not already covered by the ordinary, out-of-pocket expense reimbursement, and (5) you made reasonable efforts to avoid or seek reimbursement for the loss, including with all available credit monitoring and identity theft insurance.
