Indirect Purchasers of Capacitors Antitrust Settlement

Settlement Structure: Claims Made

Case Summary:

The latest defendants to settle in this large antitrust case are Shinyei Technology Co., Ltd., Shinyei Capacitor Co., Ltd., and Taitsu Corporation. This large antitrust case is meant to benefit indirect purchasers of electrolytic and film capacitors.
