Typical Settlement Amount:

Share of $2,000,000 claim settlement fund, up to $5,000 total per claimant. Tier 1: $30 for time spent dealing with the data breach. Tier 2: Up to $5,000 total in reimbursement of actual, documented, unreimbursed out-of-pocket expenses, including up to $30 in time spent dealing with the data breach. Final amounts may be lower, depending on number of valid claims received.
