Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are an entity who paid the hospitality fee on purchases of covered accommodations, food, drinks, admissions, and rental cars between January 1, 2017 and June 21, 2019 (within Myrtle Beach) or August 10, 2019 (within all other municipalities in Horry County except Briarcliffe Acres).

Typical Settlement Amount:

Reimbursement of the hospitality fees paid on or after January 1, 2017. Full reimbursement paid on a first in, first out basis. Also, certain increases in hospitality fees were made by Myrtle Beach and the other participating municipalities; these will now be repealed to keep the cumulative fee the same as before while future fee collections will be used within the participating municipalities for their benefit.
