The plaintiffs in this lawsuit allege that AHMSI (now Homeward Residential, Inc.) charged Florida borrowers arbitrary, excessive, and unreasonable amounts for the LPI placed on their accounts.  This allegedly violates the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practice Act, breached the covenatn of good fair and fair dealing implied in their standard form mortgages, and the defendants were unjustly enriched.
