Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you were sent a notice of the data breach because your personal information was kept on Health Aid’s system. The Social Security Number Subclass (SSN Subclass) is all class members whose Social Security numbers were kept in the database that was accessed in the data breach.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits: (1) One year of ID Experts credit monitoring and identity restoration services. (2) For SSN Subclass members, reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses and up to four hours of time spent dealing with the data breach, if at least one full hour was spent, at $15/hour. (3) For the SSN Subclass, reimbursement for Extraordinary Losses related to the data breach.

Total reimbursements for out-of-pocket expenses and Extraordinary Losses will be capped at $125,000. If the total amount for claims in these categories exceeds $125,000, payments will be reduced on a pro-rata basis.
