Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you belong to one of the four classes below:
- The Pennsylvania Rule 23 Class is all individuals who, at any time between June 12, 2017 and January 17, 2021, were employed by the defendants in this case as hourly employees in Pennsylvania.
- The New Jersey Rule 23 Class is all individuals who, at any time between September 28, 2015 and January 17, 2021, were employed by the defendants in this case as hourly employees in New Jersey.
- The Maryland Rule 23 Class is all individuals who, at any time between September 28, 2018 and January 17, 2021, were employed by the defendants in this case as hourly employees in Maryland.
- The Virginia Rule 23 Class is all individuals who, at any time between September 28, 2018 and January 17, 2021, were employed by the defendants in this case as hourly employees in Virginia.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Payment based on the number of weeks you worked for Harvest during the class period for your state. Your payment will arrive in two installments. The exact amount will depend on the number of persons who submit valid Claim Forms. Those who opted into a civil action under the FLSA will received a pro-rata enhancement of 10%.

Total Settlement Amount: $965,000 gross amount; $554,235 net amount to settle claims
