If you received a notice of this settlement, in the mail or via e-mail, Harbor Freight’s records indicate you are a member of the settlement class.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits: Choose one of the following. (1) You may return your chainsaw to a Harbor Freight Tools retail store and get a replacement, a check, or a gift card. If you cannot do this, submit a claim form by the November 24, 2021 deadline. (2) Without proof of purchase: Gift card worth $25 or check for $10; limited to one claim per household or ISP address. (3) With proof of purchase or proof of destruction: Gift card or check worth $50 for each class product.
