Eligibility:You may be eligible if you bought, in the US and for personal or household use and not for resale, Svetol or any green coffee bean extract product containing Svetol (whether or not they were sold under the Svetol trademark), including Labrada Fat Loss Optimizer with Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract, between February 2, 2010 and May 17, 2019.
Typical Settlement Amount:Without proof: $30 per product, limit $60. With proof: $30 per product, no limit. If other defendants settle and class members receive a payment under that settlement, payment under this one will be $15 total; additional money may be recovered from the other settlement. Final amounts depend on number of valid claims submitted.
